16歲少年心情不好，隨意找個人刺下去、
單戀不成將對方的家人殺死……
經常在螢幕上看到的主播史哲維、藝人歡歡
突然自殺永遠消失在我們眼前。
"活下去"本來是人類本能，卻變成艱難的任務。
今天難得看到一則感人的新聞卻只報了半分鐘。
上網把這則新聞找出來：，
也把這個英國12歲少女寫下的3000字找出來，
看似很平常我們都知道的道理，因為她是用生命體悟出來的
所以特別感人。
希望從她12歲的眼中所看到的生命，
可以讓更多人珍惜自己以及別人的生命，

英國一名12歲少女不敵末期骨癌離世，但熱愛寫作的她，在人生有限時間，秘密在鏡子後留下3,000字的人生感想。家人在她去逝後發現她在文字中堅強面對絕症的態度，令人鼓舞的成熟表現。
Athena去年聖誕發現頭長小腫塊，後來證實患罕有的骨肉瘤，抗癌數月，過程痛苦，掉頭髮要戴假髮，又要割除脊椎腫瘤，但最終不敵癌魔，上周三不治。
Athena離世後幾日，家人在她房間鏡子背面，發現女兒在生命最後歲月寫下3,000字，抒發個人感受，以及對人生的思考。她說：「每天都很特別，要好好珍惜……你可能明天就患絕症，所以要每天都要充實地過……生命遭透，只因為活得遭透。」
Athena說：「幸福與否視乎自己態度……不求大團圓結局，經歷更重要……生命的意義，正是過有意義的生命。」父親Orchard從文字看到女兒的堅強，未讀畢全文已泣不成聲。
